Our products are designed in Northern New Brunswick and manufactured globally from the same brands most local print and embroidery companies use.
When building North Appalachia NB™, we looked at producing everything 100 percent in Canada. While there are great Canadian manufacturers, the pricing would have pushed us beyond what felt reasonable for our community. We design everything here in Northern NB and work with trusted global partners to keep quality high and prices fair. Learn more >
Shipping, Returns & Exchanges
Production usually takes 2–5 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Because we work with different specialized facilities, some items might ship separately. If one item arrives before another, don’t worry—the rest is close behind!
Please complete our [Replacement Request Form] within 30 days and include a photo of the issue. Once reviewed, we will have a replacement sent to you at no cost—you don't even need to send the original back.
Simply fill out our [Exchange Request Form] to start the process. You’ll send the unworn item to our Dalhousie, NB office (at your shipping cost), and once received, we’ll provide a 100% OFF code to order your preferred size.
