How It Works

At North Appalachia NB Inc., we’re all about bringing you quality gear without the waste of traditional retail. To do this, we partner with a global network of specialized manufacturers.

Instead of sitting in a dusty warehouse, each piece is printed and crafted specifically for you the moment you place an order. Working with partners worldwide allows us to fulfill your order from the location closest to you, reducing our carbon footprint and getting your gear to your door as efficiently as possible.

What to Expect

  • Production: It usually takes 2–5 business days for our partners to craft your items.

  • Shipping: Once your order is ready, it’s handed off to a carrier. Depending on where you are in the world, you’ll typically see your package arrive within 3–7 business days after it’s been made.


Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is on its way.
 
A Quick Heads-Up
Because we work with different specialized facilities, some items in your order might ship separately. If your hat arrives before your hoodie, don't worry—the rest of your gear is close behind!

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your gear. Because every item is custom-printed specifically for you the moment you order, we don't carry traditional inventory. To make things simple, we’ve created a streamlined process for every situation.

1. If there is a mistake or damage
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item entirely, please let us know within 30 days.

  • The Process: Fill out our Replacement & Exchange Request Form and upload a photo of the issue.

  • The Outcome: Once verified, we will have a replacement sent to you at no cost (or issue a refund).

  • Note: You do not need to mail the original item back to us!
     

2. If you need a different size or color
Ordered the wrong size or want a different colour? It happens! We are happy to help you get the right fit through our exchange process.

  • The Process: Fill out our Replacement & Exchange Request Form selecting the "Exchange" option.

  • The Shipping: You will mail the unworn/unwashed item to our home office in Dalhousie, New Brunswick at your own shipping cost.

  • The Outcome: Once we receive your item, we will email you a replacement code so you can order the correct size or colour for the full value of your original order.
     

3. If you changed your mind
If the item isn't what you expected and you no longer want it, we offer returns for Store Credit.

  • The Process: Fill out our Replacement & Exchange Request Form selecting the "Changed my Mind" option.

  • The Shipping: You will mail the unworn/unwashed item to our office in Dalhousie, NB at your own shipping cost.

  • The Outcome: Once received and inspected, we will email you a Store Credit code for the full value of the item to use on anything else in our shop.


⚠️ Important: Mailing Instructions
Please do not send returns to the address listed on your shipping label. Those are automated fulfillment centers and they cannot process returns or exchanges.

To ensure you receive your code or credit, all physical items must be sent to our home office. You will receive the specific mailing address via email immediately after submitting the Request Form.

A Quick Note on Production
Because every exchange or replacement item must be custom-made from scratch, standard production (2–5 business days) and shipping times will apply to your new order.
